Hero to Bryce Harper Leaves a Legacy of Generosity

Gavin Rupp was a courageous 13-year-old who recently lost his battle with cancer. He strived to help other kids like him who were being treated at Children’s National. Through Kyle’s Kamp, he worked hard to raise money and awareness for pediatric cancer care and research. His friends and family are continuing his legacy to support all of the children who are still battling cancer. An avid baseball fan, Gavin had a chance to meet his favorite player, Bryce Harper of the Washington Nationals, who called Gavin his hero.
