Report Childrens National Provided 102 Million in Community Benefits in 2012

Thanks to the support of individual donors, community partners, and corporate partners, Children's National was able to provide $102,277,822 in community benefits in 2012, according to a new report titled "The Future Starts Now: Healthier Kids, Stronger Communities." Benefits to the community included uncompensated care, community health programs, health education, and research. Read the report to learn about specific accomplishments made possible through philanthropy, including burn prevention education, mobile health, Brainy Camps, emergency medical services, and school nursing in District of Columbia schools.
