Bens Run Raises 65000 for Children with Leukemia

 The 4th Annual Ben’s Run to Ben-a-fit for Children’s National raised more than $65,000 to fight childhood leukemia. More than 1,200 participants arrived at Stonegate Elementary in Silver Spring, Md., on April 5 to run the 5K course or participate in the 1-mile fun run/walk. Created in honor of Ben Goldfogle, Ben’s Run has raised more than $215,000 to fund ground-breaking research and improve the treatment of children with cancer.
