Together, Let’s Give Kids a #ReasonToBelieve This Holiday Season

Today, Children’s National Hospital is launching its annual holiday giving campaign.
We all wish for hope and healing during the holidays. Children and families who spend their holidays in the hospital deserve a Reason to Believe — in first steps, in giggles, high fives and hugs.
This year, let’s join together and give patients and their families a Reason to Believe. Your support helps kids like…
Paige (pictured) was diagnosed with leukemia and had multiple surgeries soon after. While in the hospital, she competed in a virtual pageant and earned the title “Tiny Miss District of Columbia Earth USA.” She is home for the holidays and looking forward to baking cookies and playing with her sister.
Naoma is a healthy, smiley baby who will celebrate her first Thanksgiving at home. Earlier this year, she received lifesaving care after she was born with a complication that caused her to breathe in dangerous fluid. The experts at Children’s National recommended ECMO, a form of life support, that helped Naoma’s body heal.
Ariel was only two days old when his Children’s National care team fixed an obstruction in his bowels. Now 4, he happily celebrates Hanukkah at home with his family.
This year, more than ever, they need a Reason to Believe.
